Accurate Decisions

Accurate Decisions, an alliance and collaboration between Robert Holmes (THG, LLC), Arlan Collins (CollinsWoerman), Richard Gollis (The Concord Group), Ken Hatch (Hatch Enterprises) Alison Jeffries (Red Propeller) and Doug Pemerl (PemReal Corporation), was formed in 2008 in response to a specific client’s request for a Founder-driven, comprehensive full-service development solution and implementation organization. Market Trends

Over the last 3 years, Robert Holmes (THG) have been studying and learning as much as possible about wellness trends with an eye to produce a wellness anchored development including: spa services, complete wellness programming, a hotel, residences and ties to institutions the caliber of Bastyr University and Overlake Hospital. Canyon Ranch is about to commence operations in a Miami-based development and Miraval is now contemplating a New York project with a similar mix. The Four Seasons operates the California Health and Longevity Center with a mix of Four Seasons hotel, spa, wellness and medical services.

Residential Conversion

THG works with Opus NW and recently assisted in the transition of a project in Portland, OR. Opus NW saw the over supply of residential condominiums emerging in downtown Portland and determined that they should convert Ladd Tower from for-sale product to apartments. Opus' ability to critically assess the market and quickly change their plans and approach allowed the project to move forward and be successful in challenging market conditions.
